Registration Acceptance ConditionsIn order to apply for the CBRN and Toxicological Disasters Master's Programme a) Graduates of Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmacy, Health Sciences and Health Sciences, Environmental and Chemical Engineering Departments of Engineering Faculties, Chemistry, Biology and Physics Departments of Science Faculties must have a bachelor's degree from one of the departments, and must have at least 55 standard points in the numerical score type from ALES, which is centrally conducted by ÖSYM, or must be successful in internationally recognised examinations whose success base points are determined by the Senate by accepting the equivalence of the ALES result. b) Success grade in admission to master's programmes is calculated by adding 20% of the undergraduate graduation weighted grade point average, 50% of the standard score obtained from ALES and 30% of the score obtained as a result of the interview conducted by the jury established by the institute board of directors for each department. In order for a candidate to be considered successful, the success grade must be at least 65. From the highest score to the lowest score, the students are taken as many students as the quota announced.
Recognition of Prior LearningA successful student who has completed at least one semester in another department of another institute within the relevant university or institute of high technology or in a graduate programme of another higher education institution can apply for the quota of transfer announced in the relevant department. Horizontal transfer; with the approval of the head of the relevant department and the decision of the board of directors of the institute.

Program ProfileCBRN and Toxicological Disasters Master's Programme will admit its first students in 2019-2020 Spring Semester. Education and research activities in our department will be provided by 2 professors, 2 associate professors, 2 doctoral faculty members. The medium of instruction is Turkish. The programme includes compulsory courses and elective courses related to the field of CBRN and Toxicological Disasters. In the 1st and 2nd semesters, compulsory and elective courses related to the field; In the 3rd and 4th semesters, thesis work related to the field will be carried out.
Occupational Profiles of GraduatesOur graduates specialised in the field of CBRN and Toxicological Disasters can work as scientific experts in the relevant units of the Ministry of Health, Universities, Turkish Armed Forces, AFAD and provincial organisations of the Ministry of Interior. They can work as academicians in the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences Faculties and School of Health, Environmental and Chemical Engineering Departments of Engineering Faculties, Chemistry, Biology and Physics Departments of Science Faculties. Those who have successfully completed the master's degree have priority in being appointed as a lecturer in universities and other public institutions or in specific fields.
Access To Upper DegreeGraduates who have successfully completed the master's programme can apply to doctoral programmes in their own fields and multidisciplinary fields, provided that they get the valid grade from the ALES exam and have English language proficiency, and are accepted if they are successful in the interview exam.
